Safe school transportation is a pillar in our commitment to our customers and communities. We believe that proper safety is an ongoing effort, and our drivers receive annual safety training that includes classroom learning along with behind-the-wheel instruction as well as in-service training and additional educational opportunities.
We perform regular safety and compliance audits at our facilities, reviewing more than 100 different topics and interviewing personnel to evaluate their knowledge of safety policies and to see the practices at work.
We implement secure, digital platforms for our driver screening and compliance processes with built-in company safety standards to systematically evaluate candidates, and to ensure employee credentialing is always up-to-date. We hold mandatory monthly safety meetings, and support a variety of safety campaigns and initiatives throughout the year.
